Package Includes:

Initial Assessment: Comprehensive evaluation of motor, sensory, self-care, visual-perceptual, and executive function skills
Tailored Occupational Therapy Sessions (60 minutes each)
Family and Environmental Coaching
Play-based Activities
Strategies to build confidence and independence in daily routines

Recommended for Children With:

Fine or gross motor skill difficulties
Sensory processing challenges, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or ADHD
Self-care challenges (e.g. dressing, feeding)
Social and communication challenges
Visual-perceptual or executive function issues
Learning difficulties (e.g. dyslexia, dyscalculia)

Terms & Conditions

This package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
A referral letter or diagnosis report from a licensed physician or developmental paediatrician is required for enrolment.
Consumable items and pain relief modalities such as electrotherapy are not included in this package.
This package is not refundable and non-transferable. Any unused sessions after the validity period will be forfeited.
