1. This package includes pre-vaccination assessment by health screening doctor and injection fee.
2. This package is only applicable for adults aged 18 years and above.
3. Applicable to self-paying patients, excluding reimbursement claims. 
4. The package is valid until 30 September 2026.
5. This package is subject to applicable government taxes.
6. The package is valid for use only at Sunway Medical Centre Penang’s Health Screening Centre, Level 2, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am–1:00pm.
