1. This vaccine is available for adults aged 18 years and above.
2. The package includes a pre-vaccination assessment by a doctor and the injection fee.
3. Prior appointment is required.
4. The package is exclusively for self-paying patients, applicable to both Malaysian and non-Malaysian patients.
5. The package is applicable to Health Screening Centre patients only.
6. The package does not cover any complications or side effects that may occur during or after vaccination.
