Terms and conditions

1. The package is inclusive of pre-vaccination assessment by doctor and injection fee.

2. The package includes 2 doses, which must be completed within four (4) months from the first injection.

3. The package is valid for patients four (4) years old and above.

4. The package is open for all self-paying patients, excluding reimbursement cases.

5. The pacakge does not include any treatment or follow-up care for any complications or side effects that may arise during or after vaccination.

6. The package is valid until 31 March 2026.
