2. This package is applicable for day care procedures only. 
3. This package is applicable for one-sided either kidney/ bladder/ ureter stones only. 
4. Eligibility of this package will be determined by urologist based on the sizes or numbers of stones. 
5. This package does not include medications, medical supplies and additional laboratory tests. 
6. This package is valid until 31 March 2026.
