2. Add-on tests are only applicable if signed up on the same day as the Pre-Employment Health Screening Package.
3. This package is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
4. Prior appointment is required before screening.
5. Any additional tests upon request, follow up investigation or treatment or medication as of this screening will be charged.
6. Sunway Medical Centre Penang reserves the right to refuse any request without prior notice, and to amend the terms and conditions or cancel any promotion at any time without providing reasons.
