Terms and Conditions

1. This package is open for all self-paying patients, excluding reimbursement cases.
2. This package is strictly for diagnostic purposes. Any take-home medication or additional investigation such as radiology, laboratory & pathology services will incur additional charges in addition to the package rate.
3. The package is not applicable for polypectomy and others endoscopy intervention. If such services are provided, the total bill will be charged at normal rates.
4. This package is applicable to day care procedure only, and not applicable to in-patient.
5. This package is not applicable for any complications or extra procedures that occur or require during or after the procedure.
6. This package is valid until 30 September 2026.
7. This package is subject to applicable government taxes.
