Terms and Conditions

1. This package is available for adults aged 18 years and above.
2. Applicable to self-paying patients, excluding reimbursement claims. 
3. This package is applicable for a single individual.
4. This package is valid until 30 September 2026.
5. Add-on tests are available at additional charges.
6. Additional tests may be recommended should further assessment be required.
7. Follow-up consultation or specialist referrals may be recommended when necessary. 
8. This package is subject to applicable government taxes.
9. The package is valid for use only at Sunway Medical Centre Penang’s Health Screening Centre, Level 2, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am–1:00pm.
