Who- should get screened?

For individuals aged 40 years and above

or

Patients with diabetes and/or hypertension

Package includes:

- Visual Acuity Check

- Refractive Error Screening

- Eyeball Alignment

- Colour Vision Check

- Fundus Photography

- Cataract Screening (Slit Lamp Examination)

- Consultation and report by Optometrist

Terms & Conditions

i. This package is applicable for outpatient only.

ii. This package is not inclusive of eye dilation.

iii. This package is applicable for self-pay patients only.

iv. Prior appointment is required before the screening.

v. This package is valid till 30 June 2024

vi. Additional charges shall apply for further consultation, medication, investigation and treatment.
