Terms and Conditions

  1. This package is not inclusive of eye dilation.
  2. This package is applicable for outpatient only.
  3. This package is applicable for self-pay patients only.
  4. Prior appointment is required before the screening.
  5. This package is valid until 31 December 2026.
  6. Additional charges shall apply for further consultation, medication, investigation and treatment.
  7. This package is subject to applicable government taxes.
