Package Includes:

• First consultation with an ophthalmologist
• Pre-fitting assessment
• Replacement Ortho-K lenses within 30 days, if an alternative lens is required to achieve treatment goals
• Seven (7) follow-up visits with an optometrist (valid for up to 18 months)

1. This package is suitable for children and adults aged 5 years and above with myopia.
2. Replacement Ortho-K lenses after 30 days will not be included in the package.
