Terms & Conditions

This package is valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase.
A doctor-in-charge's referral and diagnosis report are required before starting therapy.
This package does not include consumable items, such as electrode pads.
Medication, medical procedures, consultations, and additional treatments such as Laser and Kinesio Taping are not included in this package and will be charged separately if required.
This package is non-transferable and non-refundable once initiated. Any unused sessions after the validity period will be forfeited.
