Terms and Conditions

1. This package applies to basic hearing screening (pure tone audiometry) only.
2. This screening is not a full diagnostic hearing assessment.
3. Additional tests, consultation, or referrals to consultant (if required) will be charged separately.
4. This package is suitable for adults and cooperative children.
5. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
