Who Can Benefit from This Assessment?

• Children aged 3 years old and above
• Children with picky eating behaviours or poor appetite
• Children with concerns on growth, weight, or nutrition status
• Children requiring monitoring of growth and body composition changes

Terms & Conditions

1. The follow-up session must be utilised within six (6) months from the first assessment. Any unused sessions after the validity period will be forfeited.
2. The follow-up session will be scheduled by the Dietitian upon completion of the first assessment.
3. Both sessions must be utilised by the same patient and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
4. Additional charges may apply for medical consultation, investigations, treatments, or other services that not included in this promotion.
5. Applicable to self-paying patients, excluding reimbursement claims.
6. Prior appointment is required.
7. The package is subject to applicable government taxes.
8. Package validity until 30 September 2026.
9. The package is valid for use only at Sunway Medical Centre Penang’s Dietetics Department, Level 2, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am–1:00pm.
