Terms & Conditions 

1. This package is open for all self-paying patients.

2. This package only applicable for diagnosis, excludes removal of foreign body/polypectomy, medications and laboratory tests.3. This package only provides up to two-weeks medications, additional medications at patient's own expense.

3. This package is applicable to day care procedure only, and not applicable to in-patient. 

4. This package is not applicable for any complications or other emergency conditions that occur during and/or after the procedure.

5. This package is not applicable to patients with comorbidities. 

6. This package is valid from 1 September 2023 till 31 December 2023. 

7. All packages are subject to change without prior notice.
