2. This package includes swallowable intragastric balloon procedure, X-ray, day care and surgeon fee.

3. This package is not applicable for any complications or other emergency conditions that occur during and/or after the procedure.

4. This package is applicable to Malaysians only.

5. Valid for self-paying patients only.

6. This package is valid from 24 July 2023 till 31 December 2023.
