Elfy Heartland Adventure – World Heart Day 2025 Celebration at Sunway Medical Centre Penang

Join us at Sunway Medical Centre Penang on Sunday, 28 September 2025, for a heartwarming family event – Elfy Heartland Adventure, held in conjunction with World Heart Day 2025.

This fun-filled programme combines health awareness, exciting kids’ workshops, family-friendly activities, and interactive booths designed to educate and inspire the community about the importance of heart health.

Colouring Contest

Unleash creativity in our Colouring Contest for kids aged 5–12 years old. Exciting prizes await the winners, with consolation gifts for all participants.

T&C (Colouring Contest):

Participants must bring their own colouring materials.
Limited to 25 participants per category (Category A: 5–7 years, Category B: 8–12 years).
Registration opens 1–25 September 2025.

Kids’ Workshop

Session 1: Ambulance Adventure & CPR Hands-On

Step into the shoes of an emergency hero! Kids will get the chance to:

Ride and explore a real ambulance
Discover life-saving equipment
Learn basic first aid tips
Meet our emergency care team

Session 2: Mix, Munch & Learn with Dietitian

A hands-on nutrition workshop where children will:

Create their own healthy treats
Learn simple recipes for a healthy lifestyle
Bond with parents through fun meal-prep activities

All entries will be displayed at Sunway Medical Centre Penang’s lobby and online for voting.

T&C (Photo Contest):

Open to Malaysians only.
Photos must be original and related to the theme.
Likes are counted only on the official contest post.
This competition will have two winners:
Online Winner – the photo with the highest number of valid likes on the official Sunway Medical Centre Penang Facebook contest post during the contest period.
Physical Voting Winner – the photo with the highest number of valid votes cast via voting stickers during the Elfy Heartland Adventure event at Sunway Medical Centre Penang.
