Important Notes / Preparation Before Your Appointment
Please fast for at least 8–10 hours before your appointment. Only plain water is allowed during the fasting period.
If you are taking medication for hypertension, please continue taking it as prescribed by your doctor. For other medications, kindly consult your doctor before your health screening appointment.
Ladies undergoing a mammogram are advised to avoid using deodorant or talcum powder on the day of the screening.
Ladies are encouraged to schedule their appointment 5–7 days after menstruation if urine analysis and/or Pap smear tests are included.
Things to Bring
Please bring a pair of sports/running shoes and appropriate attire if you are scheduled for a Stress ECG Test (Treadmill).
Please bring a list of your current medications and any previous medical reports (e.g. X-ray, MRI, CT Scan, etc.).
How Long Will the Screening Take?
The duration varies depending on the selected health screening package. On average, the full screening process, including a medical examination by the doctor, may take approximately 4–8 hours.
