Terms & Conditions

1. This package is open to all self-paying patients (excluding reimbursement cases).
2. This package is applicable for outpatient only.
3. Prior appointment is required before the screening.
4. Any additional tests upon request, follow-up investigations, treatments or medication as a consequence of this screening will be charged.
5. This package is valid  until 31 March 2026.
6. The terms and conditions of the package is subject to change without any prior notice.
