Prostate Ultrasound
Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) Test

Package Includes:

Physiotherapy (PT) - Mobility, strength, balance, and endurance training
Occupational Therapy (OT) - Daily living skills, upper limb rehabilitation, and adaptive strategies
Speech & Language Therapy (SLT) - Communication, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic therapy

This package is recommended for individuals recovering from:

Stroke
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)
Parkinson’s Disease

Other neurological disorders

Terms and Conditions

This package is valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase; any unused sessions after the validity period will be forfeited.
A doctor’s referral and confirmation of medical stability are required before starting therapy.
Package suitability will be determined by the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).
Medication, medical procedures, consultations, and additional treatments such as the Super Inductive System (SIS) or instrumental assessments (e.g. FEES) are not included in this package and will be charged separately if required.
Therapy plans may be adjusted, paused, or discontinued if deemed clinically necessary by the attending doctor.
This package is non-transferable and non-refundable once initiated.
