Terms & Conditions:

1. *This package is open for all self-paying patients, excluding reimbursement cases.
2. This package is applicable for selected Monofocal lens only.
3. Not applicable for eye with co-mobidities.
4. This package is not applicable for any complications or other emergency conditions that occur during and/or after the procedure.
5. This package is valid until 31 March 2026.
