Terms & Conditions

1. This package is valid for children aged 6 to 17 years only, and the child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2. This package is valid until 31 December 2026.
3. This package is open for all self-paying patients, excluding reimbursement cases.
4. Prior appointment is required.
5. This package is subject to applicable government taxes.
6. This package fee does not include registration, consultant fees, or additional tests (if required).
7. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
