Terms & Conditions

This package is applicable for children and teenagers aged 3 to 17 years.
This package is exclusively for self-paying patients and is applicable to both Malaysian and non-Malaysian patients.
The original flyer or a digital photo of it must be presented upon booking an appointment to enjoy the promotional rate.
This package must be fully utilised within six (6) months from the date of the first assessment. Any unused sessions after the validity period will be forfeited.
The follow-up session will be scheduled by the Dietitian upon completion of the first assessment/consultation.
This package must be utilised by the same patient and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
Additional charges will apply for further medical consultations, diagnostic investigations, treatments, or procedures not included in this package.
This package is subject to applicable government taxes.
